The main room as 2 external doors, 4 windows and access to the wet room /disabled toilet (providing a convenient toilet facility during the night). 

It can comfortably sleep 20 or so people in sleeping bags (bring your own sleeping mats). 

The room has a fire / smoke alarm, emergency lighting, and a hatch to the kitchen. 

There are 5 long folding tables and 8 folding benches, plus 2 noticeboards for groups to use. 

Facilities include toilet and wash facilities in two separate areas, plus an accessible facility (wet room). These are as follows: 

Wash area one: 5 toilets / 6 wash basins / 1 shower

Wash area two: 2 toilets / 3 wash basins

Wet room: Room for a wheelchair, toilet, shower, and wash basin with wall bars. Access through the Main Room. 

The kitchen has granite work tops, 2 sinks, a hand wash basin, and a hatch to the main room. It is well equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking equiment for 25 - 30 people (plus melamine ware for younger children). 

There is an instant hot drinking water boiler, a kettle, 2 toasters and microwave. 

The cooker in a Belling 900 with 5 hotplates, a separate grill and 2 modest ovens (52L and 76L capacities). 

The fridge/freezer capacities are: 170L of storage in the fridge and 45L in the freezer. 

Storage space is provided for incoming groups to use for their groceries. 

Fire safety is important to us and the kitchen is equipped with many safety features including: 

• FIre Door

• Fire Extinguisher & blanket (checked annually)

• Fire Alarm (checked weekly and serviced twice a year)

• Smoke Curtain on the hatch (checked twice a year)

• All plug-in appliances are PAT tested

The central corridor leads to the kitchen and toilet/wash areas, and 2 small rooms (each suitable for sleeping 2 people, possibly 3 if you are happy to be very cosy!). It has a fire alarm, emergency lighting, and is separated from all other areas by fire doors.
